Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. As a reference, an assessment is delivered in two or three days, a chatbot in one week, a voice agent in one to two weeks, a process automation in two to four weeks, and custom development in six to sixteen. The proposal includes a specific delivery date.

Is the assessment paid?

Yes. It’s a fixed-scope service in which we review your processes and deliver a plan with the recommended automations and their priority. The plan is yours even if you decide not to hire us for the build.

Who owns the code at the end?

Your company does. We hand over the source code, documentation and credentials for every platform in your name, so you can maintain it with us or with another provider.

Do I have to change the tools I already use?

Not necessarily. Whenever possible we integrate the system with the tools your team already uses, such as your CRM, calendar, email or WhatsApp.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?

Yes. We’ve delivered projects for clients in Mexico, Spain and Colombia. We work remotely and schedule meetings at times that suit you.

What happens after handoff?

We remain available for support, adjustments and new features. We can agree on a maintenance arrangement or handle one-off changes when you need them.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We handle all the technical work and explain each stage in plain terms. At the end we train your team so they can use the system with confidence.
